Stripped Screw And Vertical Blade Play - Send Into BM?

Hey..My 860 Bedlam has stripped pivot screws and my 482 Megumi has some vertical blade play... Can I send these into Benchmade to replace the pivot screws and take a look at my 482?Thanks,Mike

Yeah it was really tough to open it one handed, when I allow the pivot to become just a tad loose it works fine but then it has some blade play. I've trying lubing it up, I'm not sure what else to...
