How does it write?

Hey,

I am in the market for a new pen, and I was curious to know how the bench made pens right. Does anyone possibly have any pictures or examples ?

  Writes like any other medium point pen ..........sorry I dont have any pics of it , but there fisher space pen refills , so they write very good IMHO

  I concur that it is a solid writing pen. As a leftie, not my favorite because of smear, but no worse than most pens.

  I recall someone was mentioning that it can use Gel ink cartridge. Do you guys remember?

  I do not remember. I got one of the damascus ones when I will still on the Hill and decided it wasn't worth arguing with the Cap police over whether it was a weapon or not, so I haven't carried it on my person much. Now it is in one of the leather sheaths that Benchmade did for them as my in the car pen. As DJ mentioned, they take the Fisher refills, so if Fisher makes a gel, I am sure the pen can take them.

  On a more serious note...its just a fancy schmancy holder for a receptacle of any number of manufacturers ink so the majority of its performance dynamic's,phew!!,will be dependant upon which said manufacturer's ink is choosen....Gel Ink does indeed work well.
