<b>Every Benchmade knife is built to last</b>—and we stand behind that promise with our <i>limited lifetime warranty</i>. If your knife has a <b>manufacturing defect</b>, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. <br><br><b>Coverage includes:</b> <ul> <li>• Blade and handle replacements</li> <li>• Internal mechanisms (springs, locks, washers)</li> <li>• Handle hardware or structural failure</li> <li>• Functional issues not caused by misuse or modification</li> </ul> <br>We do <b>not</b> service or sharpen non-Benchmade knives. If your knife experiences the same failure within 60 days of service, we’ll cover return shipping. If it happens three times consecutively, we’ll offer alternative solutions. Still unsure if your issue is covered? Send it in—our team will inspect it and advise the next steps.

We’ll handle the rest, including return shipping.

REQUEST LIFESHARP SERVICE

<b>Absolutely.</b> We offer <i>free replacement hardware</i> so you can fix common issues at home without sending your knife in. <br><br><b>Available parts for current-production models:</b> <ul> <li>• Pocket clip & screws (T6 Torx)</li> <li>• Handle screws (T6 Torx)</li> <li>• Male portion of the pivot screw (T10 Torx for most, T8 for Balisongs)</li> <li>• Thumb stud (if applicable, T6 Torx)</li> </ul> <br> <b>How to request:</b> Fill out our Parts Request Form. We’ll ship your parts <b>free of charge</b> via USPS. <i>Tools not included.</i><br><b>Please note:</b> We cannot send blades, scales, springs, or internal components. These can still be repaired through our <i>warranty program</i>.

REQUEST REPLACEMENT PARTS

Most orders from <b>benchmade.com</b> ship within <i>2 business days</i> for in-stock items.
