Stripped Screw And Vertical Blade Play - Send Into BM?

Hey..

My 860 Bedlam has stripped pivot screws and my 482 Megumi has some vertical blade play... Can I send these into Benchmade to replace the pivot screws and take a look at my 482?

You know you can, print off a life sharp paper and fill it out for each. Keep your original boxes if you want to save them

I think vertical blade play is a standard feature of the nak-lock.

Yes, to both.

BMK will gladly do everything they can to put the knives into a condition you are happy with.

but as mentioned, do not send the original boxes. Keep them at home and send just the knives themselves.

For what it's worth, there's no blade play in my 482 at all.
