I would love to be able to order G10 from Benchmade on a Grip or Mini-Grip. Bit my price point for the upgrade would be about $50. I don't understand why aftermarket G10 scales should be $75-100.

Great, thank you! I'll try the carbide drill bit route. I could probably get by with a 1/8" hole since I only need to fit a single strand of 550 paracord through it.
