    Playing musical scales.

Now the M390 556 is wearing the coarse ranger green that has been on 183 M4 558 forever. The 558 will now get black smooth wilkinsgrips. Feels like a whole new line up of minis

I've had it for a few months now. I saved an eBay search a long time ago and one day i had an email telling me one was listed. I was suprised no one else bid on the thing, even if the auction title had no mention of the model number and wasn't very descriptive.

The description stated that the seller's husband received the pen as a gift from "Benchmade's Owner". Do you have any clue as to how many of these were produced?

    That's a funny socitey! I'm game....lol

Brain cramp you told me that before....
    i just forgot.
I have mine with me today, hanging on a slipknot
paracord necklace. uncap 1 handed and replace.

ok we need a name tehehe

the model is an an 1100-12 Blue body black tip and ink
If like all the other pens... if they had they would have made a Blue body blue tip and ink pen it would be an 1100-11

I was told that they only made a handful of these pens for a select # of Reps to hand out to a handful of dealers and the like....
I got that from both the person that sold it and Benchmade once it arrived and had done many GOOGLE seaches trying to find out about the pen and coming up empty...

I have the Box and everthing with a label...
How about you any Box.. guessing maybe not since you did not know the model #

It has been a few years since i bought mine of the WTB thread... I was looking for the red pen blue tip and a fella that lived in Vega says hey man i have blue on if you want it...
I was all blue.. they don...'tI'll Take it! 80 $'s later and a week waitting. Bam! Blue pen

I haven't used mine. The Ti fills in as my EDC. It's the Goldie Locks 1100 not too light, not too heavy, just right.

Sorry for the late replay, I missed the updated post.
It did come with the box. Fortunately, I knew the model number when I setup the eBay saved search, which notified me when it was listed. It's all thanks to your original tread about the pen. Thx!

BTW, rhat was a wicked deal you got on it. My cost wasn't too far off
