Thank you for noticing Po.quote:Originally posted by Po:
Fantastic work, Keyman! Not easy to do taper scales like that, or to pin them when you can't grind the scale.
Nice to know you do fixed work too.
Today it's this for me..........

I know it's a zt thing, but sure wouldn't mind seeing bm have a go at something in a 'dark' wash. 0 -
Keyman, nice knife.
Big surprise here, I know, but I wouldn't mind seeing a 520 with this treatment. For that matter, the ti framelock 710 DJ and Pascal keep wishing for would look cool with a blackwash too, imo.quote:Originally posted by Keyman:

Hi Pascal. I know you rarely keep a knife without using it. Since your new ZT has an S35VN blade, I'd be interested in knowing what you think of that steel once you have had a chance to give it a good try. I imagine it would be fairly good in the stainless department.quote:Originally posted by pascal.abi:

I would be interested in your findings as well (opinion)
Please let us know ..........this is my favorite ZT so far , as far as shape and design go. The handle has more grip and the blade style is very useful IMHO.0 -
this knife is just fantastic ! what a great ergo and usefull blade !
as for the s35vn i will tell you later ... it would depend on the zt steel treatment ... i allready use for a few years this steel on a JWS' knife and it's pretty good though0 -

I'm not a huge Griptilian fan, but DAMN, I sure would like to own a large Ritter M4. The black DLC and the grind are very pleasing to my eye.0 -

Keyman , once receiveing my 0450 and 0452 , the 0450 has been my edc since ......
Granted it,ll wear off but Iam really liking the knife alot.0 -
0452cf is my favorite ZT ever. 0 -
I have a 0392BWBNZ, 0562CF, 0560BW (Ivory Snake scale), 0801 (had), 0452CF, 0450, 0350 (CF scales) & the 900 (CF scale).
The 0452 is a sweet knife for sure.
However, it is very 710ish and man I sure do love my 710's
I find the 0450 to be quite 940ish (not really my cup of tea)
and the 0350 to be somewhat full size Ritterish (I've got my fill in that Dept)
So far, my fav's out of this group would be the 0392BWBNZ, the 0562CF and the 900.
So again today, after a little more love in the shop last night, this....

Lookin' good, keyman. 0 -

Today I'm hangin' with this beauty......
