940-1 Help Fake or Real

Pretty sure it real but I have come to the experts. I change the thumb stud. Everything I have watched makes me think real. My pictures aren't the best it does say www.benchmade.com under the Osborne. There isn't a Pat. # like on most of the fakes. The actions is just as smooth as all of my other Benchmades and blade is perfectly centered.

  /|\ Your knife ( real or fake) been modified with the deep pocket clip & blue thumb studs. I’ve several real 940-1 purchased before fakes came on the scene. I normally carry a 940-1 as my EDC & like yours I modified it with split arrow clip & blue thumb studs.
  Sorry but the pics provided aren’t enough for me to tell for sure you’ve a real 940-1, I’m leaning that way. More pics please
