When you get bored with the mini Ritter I'll adopt it JR! 0 -
I am gonna reserve this spot for a photo. I LOVE CPM M4, its the the best steel I have used... as long as corrosion isn't an issue for you.
Picture this... 806-901, 810, 710-901, 760 lfti... I am still hoping to score a forum knife.
Great collection you have there bud!0 -
Nice bunch of M4! if I wasn't so lazy, I'd take a picture of my M4 stash

My M4...
OK, so not really (wish it were, though).
Just my Forum Knife.
JR, how much does the M4 Ritter set a person back?0 -
I don't know what M4 Ritters cost new, but you can find them new in box for between $200 and $250 every once in awhile. 0 -
Only a couple in M4, but got a few other M series, here they are all together...

No, ryxlyx does his own work by hand. It is awesome. He puts a mirror finish on the blade too. Not just the edge, the whole blade!0 -

Mirror polishes the whole blade.
when i first started up on the forum I was so proud of the mirror edge i had gotten on the edge of a 610. an some cat whooped out a MIRROR polished entire Blade of a 610. I was/am in awee of the time and patience that might have taken.
I can't remember who the person was.
But YES! VERY NICE CRAFTSMANSHIP on the 525 you have there ryxlyx0 -
Thanks man. I'll warn anybody who wants to try this of 2 things--
1) Uncoated M4 hazes over quickly if left wet. I've got these faces so flat (3000 on glass) that only a couple passes at 3000 will refresh the mirror, tho. But you do need to be a bit more careful regards care.
2) While it's true the coating is only molecules thick, a couple passes starting out reveals that it's applied to a blade face that (under the coating) is heavily grooved N/S-- you clean the tops of the ridges is all. It takes a long time to work your way all the way down thru to ungrooved steel, and M4 eats paper like 3V.0 -
Added another today.
