New Mini-Grip scales and Ritter M390....

It took about a month for them to get here and be picked up at the local Post Office, but I finally have the new Mini-Grip scales that Igor made for me. I put the knife back together this morning and I'm pretty pleased with it! Here's a few pics.

  Fantastic! I really like Igor's idea of cutting out a liner instead of milling into the scales for the Axis lock pockets...if that is what he does. Love the color combo too. Well worth the wait, I'd say.

  I dont think this was Igor's idea; maybe a shared idea. I have done this very thing several years ago and another guy on the internet has a video posred where he is making them the same way. Igor may be the only vendor making them this way, but I'm not sure he is the "originator" of the concept.
  I am working on a set now this very same way.
  
  I do like the orange liners! Its a sharp looking blade!
