I may have to seriously consider this one. This one looks like a good candidate for a RIT dye treatment to all black G-10.

Its only 154CM , but I still am thinkin on cracking.
I really like the looks of the handle.

That looks like a huge improvement over the 300SN, I thought it made the handle way nicer on mine to sand the scales down and round the edges, but this is even better... and it's a nicer color. now if they would just put an M390 blade on it...

I have both the 300 and 300-1301. I like both but love the 1301. The sculpted g10 just makes the knife feel so much better. I'm not sure how I feel about the blue on this but I guess I will just have to order and see it in person

I have so many black/dark scales I'm still preferring the tan on the 300sn for a change.

Im with you 100%. Wish they would do a better steel. If they did I would be more interested in it. Right now its just kinda "Meh..."

M390 would be pretty sweet, especially if they're not gonna use on the Ritter series.

Say it ain't so! I've been holding out on getting a large Ritter till they make one in M390. I mean they've made 'em with other good stuff, so I assumed they'd get there at some point.

looky what I got

Definitely an improvement over the original. it still doesn't fit my hand very well, but it feels and looks a whole lot nicer than the old style scales.

my favorite scales are blue and black g10 and I do like flippers but I still can't get excited about that 300.... something just isn't right about it.
