    I sent in a 556 a couple of years ago and when it was returned it looked like every screw had been replaced. Top notch customer service!

    I used to be hesitant sending in one of my beloved BM’s until I finally did and they pretty much did the same thing, replaced screws, cleaned my scales, and changed out a used blade. No company can beat BM’s C. Service.

    I was pleasantly surprised too. I sent a Mini Barrage in to be sharpened (before I learned to do it myself).

    They cleaned, lubed and changed the Omega springs too. More like LifeSpa than LifeSharp.

    Feel free to use LifeSpa Benchmade, if you want.

    Yup, just received my 940 back from the Lifesharp and their customer service is amazing. The scales were cleaned, reoiled, blade resharpened, screws replaced, etc. When I first took out the knife, I thought they sent me a brand new one. Very good CS.
