Dang Neuro, envy envy. A PE 975 (very hard to find) it's a beauty. Looks like threaded inserts for the G-10 scale screws were added at some point, good move. Thanks for the pics!

It's drive me crazy to have this camera and to know Kodak is smashed up.
I'm more for analog photographies.0 -
nice set up there laser, but exactly is that lens? Is that an older 300 prime? 0 -

It's older AF ED edition 300mm.
(with converter it's 600)0 -
Nice, I've heard some very good things about that lens.
I had the next generation 300 F4 AF-s. The glass was absolutely beautiful, but the tripod mount sucked big time - too flimsy. It was a big pain in the rear setting up the shots and acounting for the bounce in the mount, but when I got it right it was a thing of beauty.
I should look to see if I can find one like you have there to replace it...
And to bring us back to topic:

Thank You Carson,
I love the shape and balance for flipping.
As for cutting... the weehawk was a bit more utilitarian. This is just Bad-az to twirl in front of anyone. Eyes alland comments like, "I'd done cut my fingers of with that thing!"make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
