Benchmade does not send out parts. You can send it in and they will fix it.

it took me 2 emails and a phone call to get help, but i got a thumb stud. i still need to pick up some spares. i busted 3 torqs bits with barely any pressure, hope the red lock tight holds it, because i could of snugged them tighter by finger than a tiny torq bit, if they were a tad bigger.

/|\ never used lock tight ( just two T6 drivers. I’ve never had a thumb stud loosen up.
Most of the folks on this forum recommend blue Locktite , because they say if you use red then you’ll need heat from a hair dryer to loosen the lock tight to get screws out. Benchmade uses the blue in assembly. On rare occasion I’ve need lock tight on a pivot screw I used purple & it has worked fine for me.
Enjoy your knife

i'll never take the thumb stud off, you simply dont need to, if you know how to sharpen on a decent stone. i think the stud sheared off from being used . that opening and closing many times a day at work. i really thought the stub insert would of been thicker locking it to the blade.

Etsy also has people selling parts for Benchmades.
And, again, Red Loctite is basically forever. Blue is better.
