I think this knife is 15-17 yrs old. Anyone know anything about it?

  It’s a Stryker.  The exact model number is under the butterfly.

  Do you think I should send it in for a blade replacement? Or leave it as is because it's kind of old?

  Doubt they have blades.  Wouldn’t hurt to call and ask.  You can still send it in for service either way.

  They can turn it back into a usable knife at least. Replace the stripped screws, sharpen it, new clip etc.
