  Anodized aluminum scales would be a nice option instead of G10.

  /|\ TB would you be OK with anodized Al In addition to the G10? ( Personally I prefer non-metal handles)

  Tdogg are you into the 945’s as well as the 940? I like them both. If I wasn’t retired the 945-2 would likely be my new EDC. As it stands in casual clothes ( shorts & T-shirt) the 940-1 light enough & gives the use of the longer blade. With weather getting cooler morning jacket has a 950 in pocket to add to the 940-1. On day trips I add a 810 in a sling bag. When it gets colder & I’ve got to switch jeans for shorts then the 945’s will make a great 5th pocket knife.
  
  

  While thrilled with the 94X’s added to Custom Builder, I do wish Benchmade had used original handle design rather then the 940-2 handle design.

  Maybe if enough support the blade selection will expand to include a 941 blade

  I prefer the original scale profile as well. Not a fan of the wider flat section, aesthetically
