    Looks like the Benchmade Panther. Pocket clip would have been under the pivot screw.

    Welcome to the forum Mitchell!

    It is a Benchmade Panther 401S in ATS-34. It sports the early Benchmade Balisong Butterfly logo. There were a number of knives made in the 400 series. These were manufactured in the early 1990s in the Clackamas Oregon facility.

    It would be very difficult to find a pivot and clip for it due to the age of the knife. You could always try contacting Benchmade CS and asking if they have the parts available, although I doubt they would have any stock left.

    If you really want to restore it your best bet would be to check on the second hand market as they are still available. You might even find one new in the box.

    Thank you for your response and the information you provided. I'd like to restore it the knife has alot of use left in it I'll definitely check around and see what's available or possibly find someone who can get it back to working condition. Thanks again for you time and knowledge.
