15500-3 Meatcrafter!

This looks like it might finally crack the secondary market panic over the 15500-1 Meatcrafter.  Same steel, same knife, different handle color.  I sure do like it. And $350 isn't too bad considering the 15500-1 prices.

  I really like my 15500-1 Meatcrafter and use it all the time for carving and fileting. I may pick up a 15500-3 Meatcrafter myself.

  While I haven't jumped on the 15503-3 Meatcrafter as yet, I did grab a 15500-1 Meatcrafter when it was released. Its an excellent fileting and boning knife. the 15503-3 is on my short list as I want to use the -1 less.

  If you like its looks you should grab one El Cid. I'm sure that if you do any cooking you'll be impressed by it's capabilities.
