It looks like a MicroTech to me.

Did it come with a box?

Can we see a picture of the other side of the blade

I haven't seen any Microtech like this . Does the clip side  say anything?

That’s a MicroTech clone arcsupply - actually I think the picture above is a knock-off too because the clip should have MICROTECH on it.

On his, the side without the clip should have an Eagle / Raptor claw within a circle where the blade comes OTF.

I have the MT Combat Troodon and it has a similar hole design in the blade, window breaker, and switch to release the blade all look the same as my single edge model

I reeeeeeeally hate to break this to you.  That’s not a Microtech at all - it’s a Microtech clone.  It shares some features of the Microtech Ultratech, but that’s definitely not a real Microtech (nor is it some other quality brand of knife).  There are a lot of giveaways, but I wasn’t 100%, so I checked with my MT people who know about really old and obscure models - none of them believes this is an authentic Microtech.

Sorry brother, but look at it like this - your father enjoyed the knife and never was the wiser, and you have a memento from your dad that you can always carry.  It doesn’t much matter that it’s a knockoff - I have much love for an old Craftsman lockback Buck 110-style knife.  It was my dad’s and it’s worth almost no money and never gets used - but it’s still one of my dearest knives.

…and as an FYI, I think the knife this is trying to clone is a Microtech Makora II (that’s the most similar Microtech to this clone by my estimation, but that’s pretty subjective).  You can Google that to see the differences and similarities.
