Here is that latest info.
FYI The "Immunity" series knives have been taken off the website, with no new ETA.

Scott, thanks for posting the updates.
One online retailer I use had the Immunity series listed as "coming in 2023" but they don't have the knives listed anymore.
Another is still taking pre-orders but they simply note:
"Unfortunately, we don’t have an estimate as to when this item will ship."

/|\ They have been for sale for a few months at Benchmade dealers.
They even up for Re-sale on eBay, but be careful as there are knock- offs out there for sale too..
