When is customer service at Benchmark going to resume taking phone calls and answering emails?

Well don’t feel too bad - I put in a warranty request for a Morpho clip on November 21, 2021 and I haven’t even gotten a response. Just shows as “pending” in my order status. For 10 weeks. Yikes.
On the plus side, I added myself to the Shootout notification list while I was in the website…

They must have - they answered immediately and worked out my problem without me needing to even do an online Lifesharp ticket or change the existing ticket. Good info to know
