MagnaCut
This link will be a bit nerdy for some, but good reading for others.
Seems this steel, MagnaCut, is now finally being used by some custom makes, and production from Crucible is ramping up. Thought I’d move it to a forum that gets more views than the open chit-chat.
I see tons of potential here…. Amazing edge definition, great toughness, very stainless….. might hit a sweet spot somewhere between M390, S90V, and M4. Could we ask for more?! I’m really hoping to see BKC (or one of the big manufacturers) using this in the next few months.

I saw this a while back, I’m excited to see manufacturers start using it as well. Would make for some awesome fixed blades.

Yeah for sure. And I do love my fixies.
most of the customs he has posted that makers have built from his steel have been fixed so far.
