How to fix my clip

Take it off and use a vise to hold it and bend it back. You can contact Benchmade and they will send you a new one.  You could also reverse the clip on the knife so it hangs off the back and bend it, just be careful to not apply too much pressure.

+ another 1. I've lost count on how many times I've had to do what AB mentioned. That usually when it comes to deep carry clips. And I too use a vise for standard type clips.

Oh and Welcome to the forum Jim St Pierre! Let us know how you fair with it!

Hope to see more of your posts!

I’ll be doing it tomorrow. It’s just too freaking cold outside to even work in the garage for 20 minutes.

Remove the clip and rotate 180°.  Use the two outside holes to reattach the clip snugly.  With it sticking off the back of the knife, just bend it back down.  Remove and reattach in the correct orientation.

/|\ Jim, just put a dish towel down so as not to scratch your wife’s kitchen table - better light & a lot warmer.😀
