I need to send my kitchen knives to Lifesharp but have no way to print the required forms can I simply hand write the information on a pice of paper and include it with the knives?

  No printer if I had one the ink would dry up as little as I would use it.

  I hear you, we used our inkjet so little it was always dried up when needed. Picked up a cheap laser printer and have had much better luck. I sure I threw away more wasted ink than the cost of the printer.   Though looks like Benchmade excellent customer service will take care of you regardless.
