Straight Razor?
Would anyone know if BM ever produced a straight razor? I have noticed other knife companies have made them. Seems like a suitable idea given the cigar cutters etc.
If they made one, I would be in for one.....
Thoughts?

I've never heard of a Production Benchmade Straight Razor.
Call me old fashion. My grandfather, a barber, passed a number of his straight razors down to me and I use them regularly for shaving. A nice Benchmade straight razor would make a nice addition to that collection!

I think it would sell if they kept it utilitarian ( opposite of cigar cut)

I am in the market for a new straight razor. A good one runs about the same price as a good blade. I would rather buy a blade for shaving my face from BM than any other company.
Would love a straight razor with a butterfly and maybe G10 scales.....would make a great Christmas gift for any guy out there...seems like a product that would appeal to a large demographic of both knife and non-knife lovers......

I would say a set of kitchen knives. You can see how huge is this market.

The concept razor was beautiful.
I was told the problem with the straight razor was the amount of hand grinding that was needed made it cost prohibitive.
