Custom scales
has anyone had any experience with custom scale maker in Russia, I think his name is Arimis design. I have ordered some griptilian scales now I am wondering if I did the right thing.

I had some of his carbon fiber scales on a couple of 710's. They were each a little different but both fit well and looked great.

Agreed! I have the same Aramis Design Carbon Fiber Scales on one of my 710s as Boinkman. The quality is very good, the fit and finish is really nice and they look great. The only thing is that you might be waiting a bit for them to arrive from Russia depending on where you live.

I have received my Aramis Akhmedov scales for my bugout. I found installing them surprisingly easy, I’m very happy with them.

/|\ Not knocking the work at all as it looks excellent, but we’ve 3 sources for aftermarket Bugout scales here in the USA.
I’d think the transaction would be quicker & easier ( even if Keyman takes a day or to to reply to emails😀) working with Us firms.

I do agree with Bill and always try to Buy American whenever I can!

I can see Your point but I live in Australia and shipping from most American companies is the killer, so for me this was the way to go.
