Blade swap idea

I have a crazy question about the possibility of a blade swap. Does anyone know if the blade from a barrage 581 would fit in a 780? There’s one for sale on the bay and that’d be a very unique knife with an M390 blade but I don’t know if it’d fit. It certainly looks like it will but I’d rather be certain than gamble and be out a few hundred.

  Myles do you have a Barrage 581 M390 in your collection? Obviously not. So give in to your knife addiction, pick up the one on the bay and try the swap. If it doesn't work out you have a new knife to either add to your collection or put in your EDC rotation.

  From what I see it appears that the 581 has a larger pivot and the cut for the stop is farther forward on the 581 compared to the 780.

  If you do decide to grab the one off the bay let us know how you fair with your swap!
