New member, please help.
I have had my 770 Osborne since my dad bought it for me, and I've carried it almost every day. Dad has long since passed away, making the knife all the more special to me. Yesterday my pocket clip broke and after contacting customer service I was informed they no longer have any replacements. I have no interest in sending the knife in for a new model. If anyone could help me find a clip I would be forever grateful.

It's a single screw clip that sits down inside the scales.

But however you might have to have one custom made ...... this is a knife thats long discontinued , however you still find them for sale on the private market

Okay I'll do some more searching, and thanks for the tip. Any recommendations on someone who could make one in case I cant find one?

You might be able to modify one of these clips available from KnifeKits. <LINK
This is a 2 hole model that could be easily moded to be a single hole simply by taking the clip to a grinder to remove the steel around the second hole and rounding it. This would make a clip very much like the factory 770 Osborne clip.

That actually could work you are right. I believe the original was 1/2 wide and that one is 1/4, but it would be better than what I have right now.

By looking at a 770 on the bay (As I don't have one handy) I would think that the factory clip is not 1/2", and maybe 3/8' tops. Not that there are other choices on KnifeKits that may work better. Here is the link to their entire clip selection.

/|\ ZT has Ti custom clips( 2 holes) but again grinder time. I see them on eBay all the time

One last thing, does anyone know what size the clip screw is? Benchmade sent me the wrong parts.

No he sent three different size screws with the clip, which I haven't recieved. BM sent me the wrong replacement screws, not Scott.
