Customization update emails
Hello gents,
I have read many stories about the customization process, and the status emails people receive throughout the service. emails with a video showing the laser work, another email letting you know it was assembled, then shipped etc....
Is this something benchmade doesn't do anymore? I purchased one about a week ago, and I now have a shipping email that shows "in transit" (which I'm super excited about!), but i'm slightly bummed I didn't the whole "Experience" I've read about in the past.
Is this just how it's done now maybe?
