G10 handles, M2 steel. IMO the best version. I have no box for this one. I bought it as a user but never did. Very clean look. Only the Butterfly & M2HSS marked on the blade. Sheath has a metal belt clip.

I'm sorry for the confusion. 140 is the part number, not the price. I had originally put 141 which is aluminum handles. Sorry dj.
