490 Arcane
I have been carrying my new Arcane for a few days now. Out of the box, the blade shot out smoothly with little effort on the flipper tab. A slight hint of side to side blade play (apparent only if you really tried) disappeared completely with a slight adjustment to the pivot. Scales are smooth like the finish on the 4600 Phaeton, but without the jimping. That was a little concerning, but the finger grooves on the handle really do anchor the handle into the hand. Blade was sharp out of the box, and the grind was even. In the pocket, it’s basically a Bugout with better materials and an assisted flipper. Very thin handle and blade stock. Pocket clip has a polished finish that looks better than the standard stamped BM clips. I really like everything about it so far. Will definitely be my suit/office EDC for the time being.

If the handle had a little texture and the pinky bump wasn't there, this would have been one of my favorites. I added electrical tape for grip, but every time I hold it that pinky bump makes the knife feel uncomfortable in hand.

I agree, Scott. But S90v is very nice. Also It blade size is similar with Bugout.
