Wow. My first experience with the service. Sent five knives to BM: Mc&W 710, Osborne 940, Mini Grip, Ritter Grip and Ritter Mini Grip.

Got them back today. Scary sharp, cleaned, adjusted and oiled.

Many thanks to Sara and Micah, the two names on my service tickets.
