201 variations?

Well I think it just may be last on my list of fixed blades to find, now which one to search for lol. I can only find 2 variations of the 201, the standard winewood and satin D2, and the beautiful 201-91 that I would love to have but proably won't find at a price I can afford.

My question, which I figured could best be answered by everyone here, what other variations are there, or are there any others? Thanks in advance for any info!

  Awe man...I think I really missed the boat on the 201 also.
  
  There was also the NRA LE 201-HP (Hunter Pack) with what looks like walnut scales, and a skeleton 210 in a double sheath.
  
  Looking back at the 201-91, man...what an incredible knife. Anybody got one they just despise and want to practically give away?
