If I could get them all, the list would be two pages

Why does everything have to be "last ditch" and "tactical"? if you want to carry more than one folder don't look for excuses, just do it.

You can always cary three, sort of a "last last, very last ditch folder"
    Wink

It would be either the 275 Adamas or the 810 Contego.

Because for officers it usually is a last ditch, your three mags go, your done! - knife, last resort, if u even use it

"Last ditch" knives are more myth and for psychlogical "support" rather than something realistic, something left over from the days of trench fighting close to a century ago.
I've known enough soldiers who carried knives including LEOS and the only major thing they managed to do with them is get them lost or stolen, including myself.
I wonder if you compile some statistics of all the LEOS who actually used "last ditch knives" what those numbers would look like, I'm willing to bet the numbers are not impressive if at all.

Besides, we try not to take anything too seriously here unless it's family or friend related.

    +1

Don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

All true, however, some extra defensive tactic training with knives and hand/hand combat can help
    Wink
especially if you feel confident in your abilities.. i.e., that extra psychological edge.. Like stated above.. They trained us with knives and defensive tactics in the academy and it does help.. Do I believe in bringing a knife to a gunfight lol, no, but having one/two on you is always nice!

I agree with all of the above, everything helps but the thing that helps the most is a cool and rational mindset.

    Stay safe bro.

Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

You forgot the 630 Skirmish. That is a heavy duty knife.

I don't want a folder if I think I might need to stab someone, push dagger easily grabbed would be my bet.

    99.9%+ of the time a multi-tool is what's needed.

I've got reasons for my choices, I'm not an action hero and the space for an extra knife can be used for an extra mag.

    For a LEO?

9100, no question that would be my choice.

I still think a 610 or 630 trumps alot of stuff out there.

I agree with Jon though push dagger is a appropriate weapons for certain applications.

    I love my 176

I totally agree, I just don't like to use any of my 610's or 630 since they went out of prod.

I have two 610's and only one 630, both are amazing knives.. I wish BM used more Micarta in their designs. Makes for good scales, even when they wear.

Any one of the options on your poll would be a viable option. In the end, it all comes down to training.

I voted for the 806 as I carried one from 2003 on, but prior to that, I primarily carried a 970 daily. In the field, I always carried a fixed blade as well, usually a Kabar (probably 99% of the time).

I like a 275bk or a 520bk for folder, I also have been training with a 176 dagger in conjunction with my Glock23! I also like 3350 Infidel, but my favorite folder is not for combat but it peels my apple perfect (943)!
    Cool

Everything you mentioned would be perfect, especially the 94x.. I used to carry a 940 & larger folder when on patrol.. Now, I moved back to the 710, less flash, but a perfect, "everything" knife.
    Wink
I also had an Infidel, but gave it away bc it was too flimsy.. I felt like the blade could snap in half.. If I were to carry an auto on patrol, it would prob. be a AFO or something
