Warranty Question

Hey guys, I just noticed that my 915 is missing a screw. (See picture). I've EDC'd it for quite a while so I have no idea when it would have come out.

Would BM just send a replacement screw or should I send it in? Or is this even covered?

  Call them .......they will take care of you.
  They may have raised there prices , but there customer service hasnt changed.

  They probably won't ask you to send it in for just a missing screw. I'm sure they will send you one at no charge.

  Benchmade will be more than happy to buy your satisfaction and loyalty via a .075 cent screw and a stamp. Give them a call.

  I've owned my 905 since 1998 of edc rotation lost a clip screw so I called warrenty dept with-in a week i WAS IN BUSINESS AGAIN thanx Benchmade
