Came across a first production 470 NIB. Are these any different then the current version other then being one of the first 1000 made? Is a price under $200 fair for NOS?

  the only difference to the current version is the handle color. first productions aren't usually worth anymore than a regular production knife... I would say $200 is a bit high...
