Blade Swap

Hi - I'm wondering if the blade from a standard Minigrip can be swapped into a 707 handle.

Reason being, I like the 707, but I find the thumb stud too low on the blade for me to open it easily. The thumb stud sits right above the scale and there isn't really a cutout to get at it easily. For me. One the minigrip, the stud is a bit higher, and a thumb hole works even better for me.

  nope - it won't fit. I would suggest looking into some custom scales for a mini grip.

  Hi Something - thanks for the quick response.
  
  The Minigrip works fine, I'm having trouble with the thumb stud location on the 707.
  
  I was hoping I could drop in a Minigrip blade with a thumb hole into the 707 scales, to make it a little easier to open.
