BM Concept Knife Acquisition Question

How does a person acquire a concept knife directly from BM? Inside connections? Vault-clearing sale? I saw this and it made me wonder.

We actually auctioned that baby off at Blade Show, if I am not mistaken!

Oh, dang. I did see that. I forgot about it after wandering around myriad tables of big-money knives for hours with my jaw open.

Thanks for jogging my memory. I can only imagine what other rarities are hidden away at BM HQ.

Haha no problem.

Our Gold guys do an awesome job. Those customs/concepts are really, really cool.

Yes, they do! That is outstanding. The handle is amazing, a lot of work went into that. Love the etching on the blade.

That is one awesome looking knife, it certainly would be the pride of my collection were I fortunate to pick that up.

That said, I don't think I have ever seen a 'concept' knife before like this.

Is anyone aware of others out there?

This dealer seems to have picked up some from Blade and they have sold 2 of them.

No link just their ad..

I saw a photo of a small sized concept Snody activator that had longer handles!! Man, getting a full for finger grip on that little dream blade would be amazing...

Ummm.. I'm not sure if I'd call them "concept" exactly, but we have some fun one-off stuff for sure.
