Ill have to see what I pick up while I'm on vacation in Oregon going to stop by the factory and just ordered some black and toxic green scales for my large bone collector 0 -
If I have to work, I'll be carrying my 943. If not, either the 710-2 or 810bk. 0 -
610 for me 0 -
will still be rockin' a keyman special...0 -
Of course I will have to work some of the weekend, and I am preforming a wedding on that Saturday, so I bet it will be a mixed bag. 0 -

Not to get off topic but its gotta be nice working a wedding Mark, I feel that there is alot of positive energy in the air at weddings and its a noble thing to be helping with Gods work and uniting two people that are in love with each other.0 -

Actually to be honest I would rather do 10 funerals to one wedding, and most clergy feel the same.
In most cases you don't know the couple, the bride is bossy and stressed out, the whole thing is a bundle of entitlement and excess. Most of it is clique or if not, it is some new novel thing someone saw that they HAVE TO DO!!! Oh and I am the bad guy because I don't want your best man, who happens to be a dog, to wee wee all over the church carpet. You blow a whole weekend on it, no one listens, everyone is late... I can go on.
Sure I love weddings that are small affairs, with couples who are like 50 and are not fueled by estrogen excess, most are not like this.
Weddings are fun if you know the people, if not they are quite painful.
Funerals you are able to speak to people in their grief, and it is a privilege to be included into their family at that time, and you really form a strong bond.
Weddings are like trying to get 15 pilots who don't know how to fly to land on an aircraft carrier...0 -

And I thought it was a phenomenon only specific to our people on my side of the pond.
You should see weddings just north or south of the border, the amount of ammo, usually AK tracers, that is spilled in one of those would not shame a large Delta force special op.0 -

Mark, you left out the biggest problems at weddings, the Mothers. Nothing can ever be done to keep them the least little bit satisfied with the ceremonies.0 -
I tend to not have many issues with the moms. Go figure. 0
