Return eligibility:

• Return within 60 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Not eligible for return:

• Custom knives, Gold Class, Limited Editions, and Cutlery
• Used or modified products
• Orders not placed on Benchmade.com

Return process:

Visit our Returns Portal
Enter your Customer PO# (starts with “1100”)
Select the item and refund method (card or gift card)
Print your packing slip and ship the item to us

Refunds: Issued within 7–10 business days after we inspect your return.
