Are you looking at the Auto or the Manual Triage?
I have the 9170 Auto Orange/Black with the Drop Point Non-Serrated blade and it is incredible!

Sheep'sfoot is awesome, I do t see how you could go wrong. Great blade.

I wouldn't ever buy the opposing bevel, but then again, I'm not an EMT.

I am an EMT and I do not see a need for the opposing bevel. I would go with the sheepsfoot so you can use it for EDC cutting also.

The auto would be awesome. But it's out of my price range. Also I believe autos are not legal in NC for carry, though I have heard that as long as it is not concealed like on a belt pouch it is ok. But I have heard conflicting things about it.

I would have preferred the Sheepsfoot blade, but it's not available on the Auto.

I have 915BK and love it. Better than 908 Stryker-II IMO.

Opposed bevel is if you want some what of a pry bar. It is only blade done so by Benchmade demonstration movie.

As others are saying, 3,5" modified sheeps foot is pretty much all you need, unless your work requires heavy duty prying.
