  I am going to add my experience in this thread as well...
  
  I honestly feel there is nothing more that could have been done to make this transaction more pleasurable other than living in the same town so the transaction could have taken place locally while having a few cold beers and sharing some stories.
  
  This is my first transaction from a sellers side, but I hope any future transactions are this smooth.
