Speaking of which, I have requested about a month ago, but still no replacement clips..

    What's up, BKC folks??

I generally prefer the split arrow clips altogether. Try to swap them onto all my knives that I regularly carry. I think they look better, more refined, and they are smaller.

The new coating on the standard clips looks pretty good too though.

    +1 MFL...

I'm going on close to 3 months.. for two handle screws that came so tight they stripped when I did a scale swap.. they supposedly sent them out and then a month goes bye and I check in and OOPS they never went out. So they sent them again. Another month goes bye. I check in again and now i get no reply for the past 3 weeks.. meanwhile I have two knives that are sitting in my damn drawer that I can't use because they each need 1 screw.

.. very frustrating. What happened to top notch customer service?

Hmmm.. I dunno how that could have happened. Our website DID have a glitch where some info emails were lost, but I haven't heard of any other issues with CS part delivery.

If you guys want me to help get those parts out to you, please PM your info to me.

    Address
Email or phone# for your account

    Sorry about that...

Just to close my part of the thread, my second request came through. I don't know why my first request never arrived. (I made minor adjustment in my request to differentiate).

So, thank you Jason. I'll all good for now.

Guess I'm the odd man out on the pocket clips since I prefer the solid ones.
Not that it's happened to me, but a split clip has more potential to snag something.
Thinking of requesting a solid for the 15031.

I prefer the solid clips. Parkerized, BENCHMADE USA..

Really like the older, older version..blunted end, smaller text.

Split Arrow, is my least favorite. I do like the low ride BM does. Hate the painted...still take 'em over the split arrow.

    Wow, that looks nice, TB.

+1 on deep carry, wishing it is anodized, too.
    Big Grin

Split arrow won't be too bad, if it is not that tightly tempered. I think Big Angler? has mentioned Split arrow tip with deep carry end.

I like the split arrow clips. Smaller and more artsy fartsy.
