That horizontal sheath made for the orginial Pacific Cutlery balisongs were so great I never went back to vertical sheaths for large folders & small fixed blades.

I'll be getting a couple of those.

I really like the HK 14430 auto.

I like a lot of the new models, but the Crooked River is calling my name. I am also happy to see they have finally made the Entourage line ambidextrous (clips).

That would be a dream come true for me, but my wife is entrenched in Silicon Valley.

We have lots of Silicon in Hillsboro! Po you and you family would be a welcome addition to our state. Too many of the Californians moving here are liberals who want to turn us into California North.

You'll have to do a copy and paste but here's the video

Yep I see a 551-1, 928 Proxy,580-2 Barrage, 15080-1 Crooked River and maybe a 698 in my future. Could be a pricey year!

    Yeah, thanks for the heads-up!

    Amended 2016 wish list:
Arvensis - looks amazing, can't wait!
Crooked Creek - made just for me awesome!
    908-161 - a Gold Class for me!
    Big Grin

    Protagonist - should be fun
Amicus Flipper - looks awesome in real life!
    Foray - fantastic!

That's only about $1500-$1600, no problem.

Thanks much, enjoyed the great pics a ton.

I sincerely liked seeing an old reflex and pardue model in the line up.

When will a manual 2000 roll in?

That's not nonsense...that is capitalising on an artificial market. Creating "collectibles"...

It is to me. I don't collect GC for trade/buy/sell like some of the older member. AFAIK, I chose Benchmade for material and functionality of it. I don't care for those mid-tech + knives. I have my ancestor's blades that has been using for "business end".

I am not saying collecting is bad, and for those, should have separate purchase options. I can see if the manufacture is attempting to track MTBF tracking purpose, but BKC have been doing this for a long time so I see less reason.

    Collectables? go for Gold class...
