Is this a REAL Infidel 3300BK??

I just did what I'm hoping is a KILLER trade for two Infidel 3300BK's. I'm pretty sure it would still be an even trade if they are fake, but I can't find any sign that they are anything but the real thing. At the same time, I am NO expert. These are my first Benchmades in what I'm hoping will be the start of a great collection. So I was wanting some insight from people who have owned the genuine article and get your opinion on whether you think it's real or not. I'm including photos of one of them. I assume if one is real so is the other. Please let me know if you guys think this is the real deal or not. This one is in the worst shape:
