Does anyone have any experience with these? I got my set in yesterday. its been hard to find these because they have been discontinued by BM
8" chef knife
6" utility knife
3.5" pairing knife
all 440C steel
G10 textured handles

  Congratulations. I've been thinking I should buy a set for years. Now I suppose it is too late, or nearly so. 440C would be the perfect steel for premium kitchen knives, I should think.

  Nice! I'd love to have a set of those. As it is, I've been using a Nimravus and a 531 in the kitchen more than my kitchen knives.

  I got these from blade works but they were out of the set already so I had to purchase them individually which cost more and I don't get the display case. I might call BM to see if they sell just the case

  I was not aware these were hard to find. I feel like I've seen them for sale at a bunch of places.

  As far as I can tell they have only recently become harder to get. I looked for about 2 weeks without luck except ebay for $1000 and some company in Australia that was going to charge me $150 for shipping
  
  They are good knives though, I've only been able to use them the last 2 days but even if they dull I'll just send them in for the lifesharp service
