Griptilian with loose studs

Hello all, I am new on forums but not new to blades or Benchmade knives, but the grip is my first Benchmade folder. It has the thumb studs but they rotate, is this normal? Like they are not tight all the way or are designed to do so? I did a search before posting new post but found nothing. Thank you much

  Nope they need tightened.

  Make sure you use two T-6 Torx drivers. You may be able to get it to tighten with just one, but make sure you don't use Allen wrenches.

  I raced R/c nitro and electric for more then 15 years and am very familiar with small hardware and tight tolences on small components and the very all important loctite, as you did not finish a race with poor loctite use, lol I learned that the hard way. It is awesome and considerate in giving that advice all, thank you very much.
