Expensive for a non gold class.
Or are BMK becoming that pricy these days?

I'm pretty sure the knives are still available from RGH on their website for @$350, so this feels especially sleazy. 0 -
Looks like a few are still available from the dealer.

Just look at the prices on his other items. The bad part is, I've seen where people have bought some of these at the inflated price. And like Redwood said, you can still get em from the original dealer for $350. I see this guy on here from time to time buying up knives to flip on ebay, he goes by a different name here though. 0 -
I see it as a positive! If Benchmade's are going to increase in value over time it nice to know my hobby may pay for my great grand kids college when I am pushing up daisies. 0 -
If you have a collection like Corey's that just might happen! 0 -
Big Red that link took me to some Japan page 0 -
Oh, it is a Japanese page. 0 -
you have to realize the fees on ebay are just stupid.
495.00 buy it now comes out to 425.70, although still high compared to the dealer site, you do not have to deal with not knowing how to buy from a overseas site.
plus dude is a member here, I am sure he will deal off of ebay if someone wanted something of his0 -

It was a limited edition made for a dealer (was it Taiwan?) You had to jump some hoops to get one so this is driving the price up on this model.0 -
There is like 25 left in stock 0 -

Just more middle men. If a person wants to be a knife dealer, they should buy at wholesale, not retail. It doesn't matter if the seller is only making $1 profit, the buyer is still paying $150 extra for the knife.0 -
Not everyone knows of the tawain website or the fact the knife even exists 0
