First Benchmade Mini Grip 556SBKOD and post.

Well went looking for a nice pocket knife with clip and easy to open. Not too big and functional. Well once i seen the Olive 556 Mini Grip at Bass Pro i was hooked. It is my first Benchmade but not my last.

Welcome! You're right that the mini-Grip won't be your last. Now you need to head back and get it's big brother!

One small sad point about Benchmade knives once you start there is no stopping, you will get more its inevitabel.

If it's Olive Drab you like they have this color in at Benchmade.com in the custom Griptilian shop. You can get any blade style, steel you want in Olive.

You're right, not any steel.

It would be cool if they offered M4 or M390. But if they did what would be left for LE's? Course I would prefer to pick my own color scales.

Similar to the OP... Picked up a Mini Griptilian in my hand and felt perfect...

So I got two... Although thinking of just keeping one... Can't decide... Black D2... Or Crimson S30V...

Or crimson D2 and black s30v, if you decide you like the D2, but want the crimson handle. If you swap things around, I would not be surprised if someone on here will buy it.
