Best tool for peeling an apple?

I always see folks removing the skin when eating an apple. What do you think works best.

Seriously though, apple prep is one of my favorite excuses to break out the ol' EDC. I don't peel the apple completely, but I do section and core them. You need a blade that isn't too thick. The 53X is the best for this. The Mini Barrages also, a 707, a 525, and of course among the best would be any 94X. The Volli is a good large apple prepper. The Griptilian tends to break a crisp apple right out of the frig.

I peel a little bit of the apple, 'cuz I like to feed apple to my mini labradoodle. I laugh every time - chomp, chomp, chomp, chomp...

I would say 940 or fixed bedlam but I voted keep the skin on because it has most of the nutrients.

Just be careful, my poor apple cutting technique has gumed up the pivot on my Forum 810....twice now. You think I would learn. Apple juice is not an effective lubricant.

I cut apples every day with 550-1. Even on 20cv stainless, washer is phosphorous bronze so it is oxidizing.

My BM LE 921 does a great job in peeling apples.
The small blade is good in removing the seeds.
